Straight Wall (Rupes Recta)

The Research Committee periodically conducts training classes on the operation of AAI's SBIG ST-6 CCD camera as well as some image processing techniques.

This CCD image of the Straight Wall (Rupes Recta) on the Moon was taken by member Wayne Zuhl on September 2, 1995. It was taken through the 5-inch finder scope mounted on the 24-inch reflector in the West dome at Sperry Observatory.
