First Light Celebration for Celestron 14" Telescope
On September 18, 1999 Instrument Qualifications Committee Chairman Al Witzgall held a First Light Celebration at Sperry Observatory to officially begin use of the Celestron CM-1400 Schmidt Cassegrain Telescope for the remote observatory facility at Jenny Jump.
